UK orders will receive tracking updates via email and SMS messaging if contact information is entered.
We will always reach out if we expect an issue. However, if a parcel is returned due to inadequate delivery information or failure to take delivery, you will still be liable for the shipping costs. All refunds will have the shipping cost deducted. Refunds for orders qualifying for free shipping, returned for the above reasons, will have a £5 handling fee deducted. If opting for redelivery, additional shipping charge will need to be collected, this will also apply to orders originally qualifying for free postage.
