Using Shilajit, how-to!


Nobo's Shilajit is thicker than shilajit sold by others brands because we do NOT water it down. So when you buy Nobo Shilajit, it isn't just water weight, it's that pure Himalayan. That said, you may want to make it a little easier to handle. Adding a teaspoon of warm water, from the kettle, and leaving it to be absorbed will soften up the resin for spooning.

Once soft enough, add 500mg (1/2g) to your favourite hot drink, this will allow the Shilajit resin to be fully dissolved. Tea and coffee both work well. However, Shilajit has quite a distinct taste that takes getting use to. The NoBo team hack is to add it to a morning espresso, to make it quick and easy.
