We need to know of if you have any issues. You must notify us, in writing ( including any relevant evidence), of any issues with delivery or defective products within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by emailing us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Unwanted products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unopened with seals intact, we cannot accept open/used products for hygiene reasons. We do not accept liability for the cost of the return postage of unwanted items, and original postage cost will be deducted from refund total.
