Customers in the UK that miss a delivery attempt will be notified by the courier and given the option of redelivery or collection in most cases.
We cannot give information on other countries postal conventions, however, in most cases customers will be given the option for redelivery or collection.
In both cases, we strongly advise tracking orders with codes provided.
